Ovens are triple walled.
Inner chamber made of either M.S. or S.S.304
Gap between the two walled filled with ceramic insulation to avoid heat of loses with insulation of 150 mm.
Heating Element are made of special type Air heater of S.S. ‘U’ Type tubular heater.
With special type of wiring connection from out side body.
Supplied with air draft motorized blower to circulate uniform temp. Thought out chamber temp. Range 50 ˚C to 400 ˚C with accuracy of ± 2 ˚C controlled by digital temp. Controller cum indicator.
